We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason, you are not completely satisfied with an item you’ve purchased from us, you must contact us within 10 days of receipt to make the necessary arrangements and discuss options and availability for a refund, exchange or credit.
If you need to make a return, please contact us immediately. A representative (CSR) will give you a Return Merchandise Authorization Number, which must be clearly marked on any returns in order for the return to be accepted. We will ask you to return the item in the original packaging materials.
Items Damaged in Transit
If your package appears damaged, or upon opening it you find the items to be damaged, contact us immediately. We will arrange to have it picked up – please do not discard the original packaging materials. When you call, a CSR will discuss options for a replacement, refund or credit. You will not be charged for returning a damaged item, and a replacement, if one is available, will be shipped at no charge to you. In the case of one-of-a-kind pieces, a suitable arrangement will be made when you contact a us.
Special Orders or Custom Work
Special orders and custom orders are non-returnable. Deposits on special orders or custom work are non-refundable.
Exchanges of Unequal Value
The customer is responsible for any additional charges on items exchanged for higher-priced pieces. However, in the event an exchange is made for a lower-priced item, the customer’s credit card account will be credited for the difference, if the exchange is made within the stated return time. Customers returning items for exchange past the stated return time will receive store credit for the difference.
The Delmonte Market store credit is non-transferable and must be used within six (6) months of the date it is issued.
