We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason, you are not completely satisfied with an item you’ve purchased from us, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt to make the necessary arrangements and discuss options and availability for an exchange or store credit.
If you need to make a return, please contact us immediately. A Customer Service Representative (CSR) will give you a Return Merchandise Authorization Number, which must be clearly marked on any returns in order for the return to be accepted. We will ask you to return the item in the original packaging materials.
Items Damaged in Transit
If your package appears damaged, or upon opening it you find the items to be damaged, contact us immediately. When you call, a CSR will discuss options for a replacement, refund or credit. You will not be charged for returning a damaged item, and a replacement, if one is available, will be shipped at no charge to you. In the case of one-of-a-kind pieces, a suitable arrangement will be made when you contact us.
Special Orders or Custom Work
Special orders and custom orders are non-returnable. Deposits on special orders or custom work are non-refundable.
Exchanges of Unequal Value
The customer is responsible for any additional charges on items exchanged for higher-priced pieces. However, in the event an exchange is made for a lower-priced item, store credit will be provided for the difference, so long as the exchange is made within the stated return time.
The Delmonte Market store credit is non-transferable and must be used within one (1) year of the date it is issued.
